1. Introduction

Breaking Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform users of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information received from users of the mobile application Book Sort Puzzle (the “Game”). By using our Game, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Game, to administer your use of the Game, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate the Game.

A. Personal Data and Identifiers

We do not collect traditional personal information such as your name, physical address, or phone number. However, we collect digital identifiers through Unity Gaming Services (UGS):

• Unique Player ID: Generated upon first launch to sync your game progress, virtual currency balance, and inventory.
• Device Identifiers: Including IP address and Advertising IDs (e.g., Google Advertising ID/AAID) to facilitate advertising and analytics.

B. In-App Purchases (Financial Data)

Book Sort Puzzle offers virtual currency for purchase.
All transactions are processed via the Google Play Store billing system.
Breaking Studio does not collect or store your credit card numbers or financial account information. We only receive a “Purchase Token” and confirmation from Google to grant the purchased virtual items to your Player ID.

C. Unity Gaming Services (UGS)

We use Unity UGS to manage backend services. This includes:

• Authentication: To identify your unique session.
• Cloud Save: To ensure your “Book Sort” progress is not lost when you switch devices or reinstall the app.
• Economy: To track your in-game currency and rewards.

3. Advertising and Analytics

Our Free-to-Play model is supported by advertisements. We integrate third-party SDKs (such as Unity Ads or Google AdMob) which may:

• Collect and use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads.
• Track your interaction with ads to prevent fraud and limit the number of times you see the same ad.
• Use your approximate location (IP-based) to provide localized advertising.

You can reset or opt-out of personalized ads via your Android device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset/Delete Advertising ID.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain the data associated with your Player ID for as long as the Game is installed on your device or as long as your account remains active.

Data Deletion Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of all data we hold about you. To initiate this process:

Open Book Sort Puzzle and go to Settings.

• Locate your unique ID and tap “Copy ID”.
• Send an email to info@breaking-studio.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
• Include your Player ID in the body of the email.

Upon your request, we will delete your UGS profile and all associated game progress.

Note: We may retain certain transaction data if required by law for tax or auditing purposes.

5. Children’s Privacy

Book Sort Puzzle is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files immediately.

6. Security

We implement administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is ever 100% secure.

7. International Transfer

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state or country, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. By using the Game, you consent to this transfer.
