Breaking Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our players. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share data within the iOS mobile application Book Sort Puzzle (the “Game”).

2. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In compliance with Apple’s policies, if you are using iOS 14.5 or later, the Game will ask for your permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
If you opt-in, we use your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) to provide personalized advertisements.
If you opt-out, we will only show non-personalized ads, and your IDFA will not be accessible to us or our partners.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect specific data to ensure gameplay functionality, manage in-app purchases, and analyze app performance via Unity Gaming Services (UGS).

A. Data Used to Track You

The following data may be used to track you across apps and websites:

  • Identifiers: Device ID and Advertising ID (IDFA), if permission is granted.
  • Usage Data: Ad interactions and views.

B. Data Linked to You

The following data is collected and linked to your unique Player ID (provided by Unity UGS):

  • Contact Info: Email address (only if you contact our support team).
  • Identifiers: Unique Player ID and Device ID.
  • Purchases: History of in-app purchases (processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system). We do not store financial or credit card details.
  • Gameplay Content: Game progress, levels achieved, and virtual currency balance.

C. Data Not Linked to You

Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data (collected anonymously via Unity).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party SDKs:

  • Unity Gaming Services: For cloud saves, economy management, and player authentication.
  • Unity Ads / AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
  • Unity Analytics: To monitor game stability and user engagement.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to access or delete your data.

To delete your account and all associated game data:

  • Open Book Sort Puzzle and tap the Settings icon.
  • Find your unique ID and tap “Copy ID”.
  • Email info@breaking-studio.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request – iOS”.
  • Paste your Player ID in the email.

Note: Once deleted, your progress and virtual items cannot be recovered.

6. Children’s Privacy

This Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data exists, we will delete it immediately.
